Math Placement Assessment (MPA) Waiver Request

Graduate or Non-Degree students are exempt from the Math Placement Exam (MPE) requirement if they wish to take MATH 1060Q, MATH 1131Q, and/or MATH 1132Q. In order to be waived from the math placement requirement, you will need to complete the form below. However, all other prerequisites will be in effect. That is to say, Calculus I is still a prerequisite for Calculus II which this form does not waive. Students should be prepared to present proof that they have passed or are taking Calculus I if they want to enroll in Calculus II.
